THE CONCRETE ROSE FOUNDATION
The Concrete Rose Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The purpose of this organization shall be:
To provide scholarships when possible to qualifying dance members of The Concrete Rose Dance Academy who exhibit financial need, in a professional dance environment that stimulates artistic enrichment, while providing a constructive after-school hours activity.
To significantly improve and promote the healthy and active lifestyle to the youth in the community through dance education and other programmatic activities that help improve the students physical well-being.
To promote and popularize the art of dance by presenting programs of professional dance quality and thereby giving qualified dancers who face financial or transportation boundaries the opportunity to participate in such programs when possible.
The Concrete Rose Foundation is committed to promoting an active lifestyle in the community by providing dance education opportunities to those under-served artistically, culturally and economically in Halifax County.
